It's a common scenario. Managers have no real-time information on what employees are doing and where they are getting it wrong. Employees waste time on manual tasks that should be automated.
The frustration in knowing that things can be better, more efficient, smarter.
We built the company from a feeling: the urge to make things run better. It's what drives us. We love coming to work every day and inventing ever better solutions to what company managers throw our way.
This means we think like managers first and foremost. We understand the business pain. More importantly, we understand how to solve it.
The solution - transparency and visibility - Making sure managers can easily see what employee are up to, what tasks are they working on and when they need to complete it. Getting manual tasks automated.

We decided to build our our system differently, focusing on providing managers with real transparency into employees tasks.
We developed an analysis engine to drilldown into the data and provide clear recommendations for managers to deal with an issue, before it becomes an issue.
Every manager has the same thoughts going through his mind:
- What are my employees doing now?
- Will they complete their tasks on time ?
- What do I need to fix to make them work more efficiently ?
- Which tasks can be automated ?
- Why am I chasing after my employees to find out the status of a task ?
There are a ton of tasklists and task management tools in the market. All of them provide a way for employees to manage their tasks.
But none of them provide managers with a view into employee tasks. None of them analyze the real reasons that employees don't complete their tasks on time. What are the bottlenecks, the business risks and prioritization issues.
WE FOCUSED ON TASK AUTOMATION
Nearly all of the common tasks that employees do during the day are repetitive. Those tasks can be automated, leaving the employee to focus on his real job.
We developed a workflow engine to automate tasks. All of the repetitive administration tasks can be automated.
How much time do employees waste filling out HR forms, expense forms, sick leave requests - all these processes are now automated.

We passionately believe that task analysis is the best way to improve employee performance.
Task Analysis enables the effective management of employee's tasks using accurate working time recording, monitoring and analysis.
Only through analysis of the data, you can begin to understand employee behavior, identify working trends and discover where work can be made more efficient.
Together these enable to accurately model and predict future employee behavior and lay a foundation for improving business performance
